A: There is absolutely no reason why this program should not work for females. Generally speaking, females do tend to lose weight at a much faster rate than males due to their body composition...so don't worry, you're not going to have bulky muscles like men tend to have when working out.

A: There should be no doubt in your mind that it does.
As a beginner
your highest priority should be ONE thing - being informed.
You don't watch french movies and expect to be fluent in french...do you?
You don't get behind the wheel of a commercial airliner and expect to fly it without prior instruction do you? You don't try and learn how to golf without an
instructor do you?
So why then would you try and learn to get fit without a person who is fit - a fitness coach?
But then again, if wasting dozens of hours learning a new skill is your thing, then by all means, go right ahead.

A: That entirely depends on you. If you follow all
aspects of the program including the nutrition, you
should notice fairly significant increases in both mental and physical fitness within the first month!
But to be honest with you, the speed at which you begin to notice results is completely up to you. Since I do not personally know you, I therefore am not in a position to factor in several factors (activity level, commitment level etc) in estimaitng a time in which you might begin to notice results.
If you put in half hearted effort,
expect to get half hearted results.

11: I am very busy! How long and often will I need to train?
A: Again, the beauty with this training program is the fact that it can be used at anytime you want. If you work late shifts, then put it off till you get back.
This is a home program, so I guarantee you that this gym will be open 24/7.
In terms of the amount of time needed to train effectively, one should idealy aim 3-5 sessions per week with about an hour for each session. So with just 3 to 5 hours per week, you can achieve the body you've always wanted.
But ultimately, you should listen to your body. If training 3-5 times a week is too tiring for your body, then be sure to adjust accordingly.
